Verification & content policy
How Warangal 360 decides what gets published, how listings are labelled, and how to report a problem.
Last updated October 2026
Labels you'll see
- Official: published by, or confirmed with, the government department, temple trust, university or other body responsible for it.
- Verified: the organizer or business has proved who they are to our team (phone, documents or an in-person check).
- Community: submitted by a member of the public and checked by a moderator for obvious problems, but not independently confirmed.
- Sponsored / Promoted / Partner: someone paid for extra visibility. Payment never buys a Verified or Official label.
Everything is reviewed before it goes live
Events, business claims and organizer applications sent in by the public go to a moderation queue. A moderator approves them, asks for changes, or rejects them with a reason the submitter can see. Automated tools may suggest categories, translations or duplicates, but they never publish anything on their own.
Political and civic content
- We don't support or oppose any party or candidate.
- Every post shows its source type: official source, news report, party or candidate statement, or community submission.
- Political events use one fixed template, with the same fields and placement for every party. They can't be promoted with paid placement.
- We don't publish unverified allegations, hate speech or content targeting a caste, religion or community.
Temples, jataras and traditions
We describe religious and tribal traditions respectfully, prefer the community's own names, and cite sources for history. Dates for jataras come from the temple or organizing committee whenever possible.
What isn't allowed
- Fake or misleading events, duplicate listings, or events that don't take place in the six districts.
- Personal phone numbers or addresses of people who haven't agreed to share them.
- Content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone's copyright.
Reporting a problem
Every page has a Report a problem link. You can also send a report directly. Moderators review reports and may edit, unpublish or remove content. Owners of a business listing can claim it to correct details.
