Terms of use

This is a starting draft. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

Using the site

Information here is provided to help you discover the region. Event timings, prices, temple schedules and travel conditions change, so confirm important details with the organizer or official source before you travel.

Content you submit

• You must have the right to share what you submit, including posters and photos.
• You give Warangal 360 permission to display, resize and translate it on the website, app and social channels in connection with the listing.
• Submissions must follow the content policy. We may edit, decline or remove content at our discretion.

Sponsored content

Paid placements are always labelled. Payment doesn't affect verification labels or moderation decisions.

Shop, tickets and bookings

• Products are sold by the listed seller, tickets by the event organizer and stays or tours by the host. Warangal 360 takes the order and payment on their behalf and keeps a small commission, shown to sellers before they list. Handloom weavers sell commission-free.
• You can cancel a shop order until it ships, tickets up to 24 hours before the event and bookings before the booked date. Online payments for cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method.
• Sellers must describe products truthfully, including whether an item is handloom and any GI tag. Every product is checked before it's listed.
• Plans for businesses renew only when you pay again; nothing is charged automatically.

AI features

The poster reader and trip planner use AI. They only fill in forms or private plans for you to check; nothing is published by AI, and the trip planner only suggests places and events listed on Warangal 360. Always confirm timings before you travel.

Liability

We aren't the organizer of events listed here and aren't responsible for how they are run, for tickets sold elsewhere, or for the quality of businesses' products and services beyond what these terms say about orders placed here.
